Home exercises are an important part of recovery for any patient. Whether you are a current or past patient of ISSPT, we love to hear that you are being an active participant in your recovery, especially when you are taking the initiative yourself.
All of these exercises can be done either with equipment that we sell in our office or equipment that you may already have at home.
